The first real wave of yoga studios started showing up here in the 1970s and 80s, when traveling teachers brought Hatha and Ashtanga practices into local gyms and community halls.

Mike Winter is the studio director, and has been teaching Bikram Hot Yoga since he graduated from teacher training in 1995. Their “why” is helping people heal through yoga practice, no matter if they are new or already experienced students.
