Refund and Cancellation Policy

Siddhi Yoga India Pte Ltd and Siddhi Yoga International Pte Ltd.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases related to the courses are made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. However same person can get the refunds maximum two times. If you are buying the product 3rd time, you have taken the refund first two times, you are no longer eligible for any refund.

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first 14 days after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

For Online Yoga Classes there is no refund available. Please try these classes with our 7 Days Free Trial option and cancel your subscription before you are charged for the monthly subscription.

For Group Classes OR One to One classes OR One to One Ayurveda Consultation there is no refund available.

Refund Processing Time: We take up to 72 hours to process your refund. As long as you have informed us by dropping an email at support@siddhiyoga.com with in the 14 calendar days, you can get your 100% refund back. We will process within 72 hours. But if you have paid via CC or Debit Card, it may take up to 7 days to appear into your account as that is the time taken by the payment gateway.
