Terms and Conditions for Wellness Programs and Consultations
Scope and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions for Wellness Programs and Consultations (“Wellness Terms”) apply to all live or personalised services offered by Siddhi Yoga, including One-to-One Sessions, Group Sessions, Ayurveda Consultations, personalised wellness programs, written reports, and related follow-up services (collectively, the “Wellness Services”).
These Wellness Terms are incorporated into Siddhi Yoga’s general Terms and Conditions. By booking, purchasing, attending, or receiving a Wellness Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Wellness Terms.
Nature of Wellness Services
Wellness Services are delivered remotely and are educational, informational, coaching-based, or complementary in nature unless Siddhi Yoga expressly states otherwise in writing and such service is legally permitted in the relevant jurisdiction.
Ayurveda Consultations are provided by qualified Ayurveda doctors or practitioners associated with Siddhi Yoga and may include Ayurveda-oriented discussion, lifestyle suggestions, diet guidance, dosha-related observations, and written reports. They are not emergency services and do not replace in-person local medical care.
Healing and spiritual services, including Reiki, Chakra Healing, Akashic Record Reading, Birth Chart Analysis, Tarot Card Reading, Karmic and Spiritual Healing, and Past Life Regression, are complementary practices only and are not medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.
Eligibility and truthful disclosure
You must be at least 18 years old to independently purchase or attend a Wellness Service, unless Siddhi Yoga expressly permits participation by a minor with prior written guardian consent and supervision.
You agree to provide complete, truthful, and current information relevant to the requested Wellness Service, including health conditions, symptoms, injuries, surgeries, allergies, medications, pregnancy or postpartum status, and limitations where relevant.
Siddhi Yoga may decline, pause, reschedule, or discontinue a Wellness Service if it reasonably believes the service is unsuitable, unsafe, outside scope, or inconsistent with applicable law or professional boundaries.
Health acknowledgement and assumption of risk
By attending a Wellness Service, you acknowledge and agree that participation may involve physical, emotional, or reflective practices and that all such participation is voluntary.
You confirm that you are responsible for obtaining appropriate medical clearance before taking part in yoga, movement, pranayama, meditation, herbs, supplements, dietary changes, or similar practices discussed or demonstrated in a Wellness Service.
You assume full responsibility for your choices, participation, and outcomes, including any decision to act on recommendations or information provided.
- Stop immediately and seek appropriate help if you experience pain, dizziness, emotional overwhelm, allergic reaction, or any adverse symptom.
- Siddhi Yoga does not provide crisis support or emergency medical services.
Booking, payment, and package validity
Bookings are confirmed only after Siddhi Yoga receives payment or confirms an approved package, credit, or alternative arrangement in writing.
Package validity, inclusions, practitioner assignment, session length, and deliverables will be described on the relevant booking or sales page, or in your written confirmation.
Unless Siddhi Yoga expressly agrees otherwise in writing, session packages and service credits are personal to the purchaser, non-transferable, and may not be resold or exchanged for cash.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policy
If you need to reschedule a One-to-One Session or Ayurveda Consultation, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice unless Siddhi Yoga states a different period at the time of booking.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with the required notice will ordinarily be moved to another mutually available slot within the package validity period. Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or expressly promised in writing.
If you fail to attend, join late by more than 15 minutes, are unreachable, or do not provide the required notice, the session may be treated as a no-show and counted as used.
If Siddhi Yoga or the assigned practitioner must cancel or reschedule, Siddhi Yoga will use reasonable efforts to offer another suitable slot, a substitute practitioner, or an account credit. This will ordinarily be your sole remedy for such rescheduling.
Program pauses and expiry
Unless Siddhi Yoga expressly confirms otherwise in writing, package validity continues to run regardless of your personal travel, availability, or temporary interruption.
As a goodwill measure, Siddhi Yoga may in its discretion allow a limited pause for a defined period in exceptional circumstances, but it is not obliged to do so.
Session environment, conduct, and boundaries
You are responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, private, and suitable environment for participation, including adequate floor space, props, stable internet connection, and appropriate clothing where relevant.
You must not attend a physical practice session while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or any substance that may impair judgment, balance, or safe participation.
You agree to maintain professional and respectful conduct. Harassment, abusive language, sexual misconduct, hate speech, deliberate disruption, repeated boundary violations, or unsafe conduct may result in immediate termination of the Wellness Service without refund.
Group-session confidentiality
Group Sessions may involve interaction with other participants. Siddhi Yoga will ask participants to respect confidentiality, but it cannot guarantee that all participants will do so.
You agree not to share another participant’s personal information, disclosures, images, or statements outside the session without their consent.
Recording and intellectual property
Unless Siddhi Yoga gives prior written permission, you may not audio-record, video-record, stream, screenshot, copy, transcribe, or redistribute any Wellness Service, report, or supporting material.
All session content, materials, worksheets, reports, methods, and frameworks remain the intellectual property of Siddhi Yoga or its licensors. You may use them only for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
Consultation reports and personal use
Any written report, note, dosha assessment, lifestyle plan, or follow-up document provided by Siddhi Yoga is for your personal use only. You may share it with your own healthcare provider or adviser at your discretion, but you may not publish, sell, or commercially exploit it.
Siddhi Yoga may rely on questionnaires and remote observations when preparing a report. Reports are not guarantees of diagnosis, outcome, or suitability for every context.
Confidentiality and privacy
Siddhi Yoga will handle your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Because Wellness Services may involve health-related information, you acknowledge that Siddhi Yoga may process that information to provide the requested service, keep records, coordinate support, and comply with legal obligations.
You consent to Siddhi Yoga sharing relevant information internally with the assigned practitioner, moderators, support staff, and affiliated entity where reasonably necessary to deliver the Wellness Service.
No guaranteed results
Siddhi Yoga does not guarantee any particular physical, emotional, spiritual, or therapeutic outcome from any Wellness Service. Your experience depends on many factors beyond Siddhi Yoga’s control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siddhi Yoga and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, teachers, Ayurveda doctors, healers, contractors, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the Wellness Services.
Siddhi Yoga’s aggregate liability in relation to a specific Wellness Service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that Wellness Service.
No individual practitioner bears personal liability to you in relation to the Wellness Services.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Siddhi Yoga and its related parties harmless from claims, losses, damages, and costs arising from your failure to disclose relevant information, your misuse of the Wellness Services, your breach of these Wellness Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
Termination
Siddhi Yoga may suspend, discontinue, or terminate a Wellness Service if it reasonably considers the situation unsafe, beyond scope, non-compliant, unethical, unlawful, or materially affected by your misconduct, non-payment, repeated no-shows, or breach of these Wellness Terms.
Where Siddhi Yoga terminates for safety, legal, ethical, or misconduct reasons, unused sessions or fees may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.
Force majeure
Siddhi Yoga is not responsible for delays or inability to deliver a Wellness Service caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including illness, outage, natural disaster, epidemic, pandemic, government action, power failure, or third-party platform failure. Where feasible, Siddhi Yoga will attempt to reschedule.
