This advanced teacher training will take you beyond the 200 Hour level and leave you ready to teach with confidence and depth. Study advanced poses, and learn to teach the basics with greater sophistication. Each phase of asana study is informed by anatomy, alignment, and physiology, preparing you to apply that knowledge to every sequence you create.
In all asana work, you will learn how to keep students safe with modifications and explore the healing potential of yoga to address many issues like back pain, menstruation, anxiety, and high blood pressure, to name a few.
In addition to diving deeply into the physical aspects of yoga, your practice will be enhanced in ways you may not have even imagined. Explore expansiveness of mind through yoga philosophy, meditation, mudra, bandhas, kriya, and pranayama. You’ll also learn the therapeutic and psychological applications of these practices from Indian masters.
You will spend time with meditation and study its role in self-development. You’ll learn the fascinating ways that meditating impacts our minds and energetic bodies and leave ready to share this sacred practice with your students.
Our 300 Hour Training begins with The Yoga Sutras of Pantanjali, The Bhagavad Gita, and The Upanishads. By studying these ancient texts, the foundation of yogic philosophy, you will begin to understand the history of yoga and how it applies to our lives today more than ever.
Our goal is for you to leave fully prepared for success, so you’ll also study the business of teaching yoga. In addition, you’ll become well-versed in the ethics of teaching and student/teacher relationships.
Like our 200 Hour Teacher Training, this program is designed to immerse you in a Vedic lifestyle and demonstrate how yoga goes beyond the mat. You will live and breathe Vedic practices in a close-knit community, making this the perfect place to do in-depth study and emerge renewed.

To take 300 Hour Training, you must have completed a 200 Hour Teacher Training from a Yoga Alliance accredited school. If you have done this yet, sign up for ours or consider the 500 Hour Training to include both. Once you’ve completed the 300 Hour Training, you’ll be eligible to register as RYT500 with Yoga Alliance.

Gaurav Negi is an Award Winner Fitness Professional at Asia fitness convention in year 2015 & 2016 for his work and contribution in fitness industry in India. He likes outdoor activities like, hiking, climbing, running and cycling and participated in various events like, Marathon running, cycling, circuit breakers etc. He has done his Yoga teacher training diploma of 500 hours from yoga capital Rishikesh, India. Currently he is working as a Fitness and Yoga educator, speaker, rehab trainer, strength and conditioning coach, technical expert, CPR & first aid educator and also involved in athletic training in India and Asia pacific.
