Meaning of Guru Brahma Mantra
Guru Brahma – Guru is Brahma, who is the Lord of Creation, also called a Generator.
Guru Vishnu – Guru is Vishnu (Vishnu is the Lord who is called organizer).
Guru Devo Maheshwarah – Guru is the Maheshwara (Shiva or the destroyer).
Guru Sakshat Parabrahma – Parbrahma viz. the supreme god or almighty. Since Guru leads to a path of light, Guru is that Para Brahma.
Tasmai Shree Guruve Namah – We bow to that Guru the guru referred to earlier. Thus, as a realized soul, Guru is the embodiment of Para Brahma, the ultimate Godhead.

By when must I complete it?
You can easily complete the course within 21-30 days, if you can devote 8-10 hours dedicatedly daily.
If you can dedicate only a couple of hours to the course, you can complete it within a few months.
In case you are unable to complete the course within the stipulated time as per your package, you can always extend the access at a mere price of $10 per month.
However, you will need to attend 15% of the training (30-Hours) in synchronous mode, i.e., via interactive sessions.
How many maximum Interactive sessions can I attend?
There is no limit. You can attend as many as you like.
How can I complete my 15% synchronous mode attendance?
You are required to attend a minimum of 30 hours (or 15% of the course) of training through live sessions (Type 1 and Type 2).
Ideally, you need to to attend:
- 20 live follow-along practice classes with teachers (15 Hours – Type 1), and 20 Zoom sessions with teachers (15 Hours – Type 2)
- Alternatively, if you do not understand English, you can attend 40 live follow-along practice classes with teachers.

We run 24 live follow-along practice classes daily, through a virtual yoga studio.

What are the time slots for Saturday and Sunday Interactive Sessions with Teachers?
The interactive sessions for Q&A, discussions, and feedback are held on weekends with your respective instructors.
You can attend to them as and when you need. There is no restriction on the number of sessions attended. These are interactive sessions; you can check your posture or anything else with the teachers directly. Slots are available as per your time zone, and you can pick the one that works best for you.
Class Timings
The classes are held every Saturday and Sunday and between 9AM to 9PM as per the Indian Standard Time.
- The Class Timings remain intact, however the subjects are shuffled each week with prior information.
- Subjects Taught: Philosophy, Meditation, Anatomy, Asana Alignment, Hatha, Vinyasa, Prenatal, Pranayama and Breathwork.

Do I need to buy anything else?
A soft copy of the yoga manual is provided for download. After that, you need to buy yoga props for your practice, i.e., Yoga Mat, Yoga Block, Yoga Bolster and Yoga Belt.
I am unable to perform some of the advanced asanas. Can I still complete the course and get my Certificate?
Yes, you can. As long as you can do all the basic postures, understand advanced postures’ technicalities, and guide your clients/students properly, that’s fine.
What if I failed the exams?
We are here to help you understand everything. You can retake exams as many times as possible (till you have the access to the course) and pass the exams. Also, in case you are unable to pass the exam within the stipulated time period of your package, you can always extend it for just $10 per month.
When can I start?
You can start immediately after the purchase.
When will I get the Certificate?
Once you have completed all the requirements, you will get a soft copy of it on upcoming Sunday.
