We pick a theme, such as gut health or weight loss and follow it in our classes for two weeks. This is to help you achieve those specific health goals. After two weeks, we switch to a new theme and continue this way throughout the year. This way, we focus on different parts of body throughout the year.

Vinyasa Yoga
