Chakras & Colors for Each Day of the Week

Colors for Each Day of the Week

In this article, we will learn about the combination of chakras and colors for each day of week and how Chakras are associated with different colors.

Introduction

Colors and Chakras are a powerful combination. Wearing a specific color will allow you to work more efficiently with its corresponding Chakra, for that color holds a certain vibration. Depending on your intention, this can bring you energy, calmness, luck, creativity, abundance, expression, reflection or more. Just as each day of the week holds a certain energy, so do the colors you choose to wear. To synchronize and enhance the energy of the day, you can choose to wear chakra colors on days of the week that are aligned with it. This will significantly enhance your energy because you go with the flow rather than against it. You can use this color knowledge to get creative in suiting up for the day, add color to your dressing accessories, or dress up your work and living spaces.

What are Chakras?

Chakras are energy centres in your body that profoundly affect your life. Chakras were first mentioned in the Vedas around 1500 to 1000 BC. These ancient texts about sacred spiritual knowledge contain the wisdom of these spinning wheels of energy called chakras. We have hundreds of these wheels in our body, but the seven major Chakras run along our spine and create a certain frequency in our bodies. The more you understand how to use these chakras, the greater advantage you will have. When your seven chakras are balanced, you will generally feel healthy, happy, and aligned with your life.

Why do Colors Matter?

A color gives off a certain vibration, frequency and statement. When you wear a bright and bold color, you signal to the world that you want to express your true self. When you wear a soft and gentle cream or white-colored outfit, you indicate that you want to spend time in your inner bubble of peace. Every color, therefore, has a meaning, generating a particular energy to make you feel a certain way. This is why it is important to choose your colors consciously to align your energy with that of the day.
