Yogacharya Atul Mishra

Atul Mishra was Born in a small hometown in Uttar Pradesh. He started his Yoga journey at an early age as it is his family background. From childhood, he has been trained by his family members in yoga Practice, and he has always loved practicing Yoga. That is why he decided to pursue his career as a Yoga Instructor. After completing his Degree in Bachelor in science, he didn’t feel right, so he decided to study further in yoga. He started his Yoga education at one of the prestigious institutions, Kaivalyadhama Institute, Lonavala, in 2011, where he did his PG Diploma in Yoga. When he started, he did not know how he would make Yoga his career, but he kept one thing in his mind, he would be consistent in his Self-Practice. In his yoga career, he has learned various styles of yoga under different gurus.

So far, he has conducted more than 20 Yoga teacher training and workshops in Singapore, Bali, Jakarta, China, and Vietnam, where more than 1000 students have appeared. He has specialized in Vinyasa, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Vinyasa, Antigravity Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Sivananda Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Power Yoga.

Now, he can proudly say that he has worked in multiple Asia-Pacific countries. He started his teaching in Zhoukou, China. Later in 2016, he shifted to Indonesia for Yoga teachings. He did not realize when Indonesia would become his second home as he worked there for over five years. To name a few companies that he has worked with, such as but not limited to Just Yogafit, Yogacity, Star Yoga, etc. Moreover, he has worked in various roles, such as Yoga Team leader, Yoga guru, wellness consultant, and Master Yoga Trainer.

Atul Mishra believes that Learning Should never be Stopped. Yoga motivates him to become a better person and Helps him to live life in a better way. He practices yoga not as an exercise but as a way of life.

Yogacharya Amit Rehela

Amit Rehela is a devoted yoga guru who teaches across the globe. He was born in Dharamshala, the spiritual center of the Himalayas that the Dalai Lama calls home. Over time interacting with the many yogis who travel to Dharamshala every year inspired Amit and led him to explore yoga sadhana.

In 2014 Amit spent a year in an ashram, where he immersed himself in meditation, pranayama, Hatha, bhakti, and karma yoga. During that time, Yogi Shivam, his teacher, taught Amit the essence of yoga and meditation. There was an authenticity in Yogi Shivam’s teaching that inspired Amit to embed yogic practices in his everyday life. This period became the foundation of Amit’s spiritual journey.

In the following years, Amit did various yoga teacher trainings in India, which provided 200-Hour and 300-Hour certifications and exposed him to various styles and therapeutic techniques. His understanding of asana and anatomy and how different people experience them grew continually over time.

Eventually, Amit started assisting his teachers and leading his classes in teacher trainings in Dharamshala. His teaching expanded over time, and he began to offer classes, workshops, and retreats in Goa. In 2017, Amit became the lead trainer at Chinmay Yoga, which reached new heights in global success under his leadership and has taught in Siddhi Yoga trainings since 2019.

Yogini Bholi Parihar

Mastery: Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Therapeutic Yoga, Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga

Yogini Bholi is a well-qualified teacher, who has a great knowledge of Yogic ecology be it Asana, Pranayama, Concentration, or Meditation. She has immense affection for trees and plants. Her love for nature brought her to the biodiverse field of Yoga in 2017. She believes her love for nature has deepened ever since. Since the time she started with her Yogic path, she never looked back.

Now, She holds her Master’s, Diploma, and ERYT-500 in Yoga. All of this inculcates in her teachings. She has expertise in but is not limited to Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Female-specific Yoga and Therapeutic Yoga. She has collaborated with various Media Groups as a Lead Trainer such as India News, Dainik Bhaskar, Dainik Jagran, and India one news. In addition to this, she has also been associated with Various Gym chains and Fitness Clubs such as the Sports and Cultural Authority of Noida, Club 9, 21 Fitness, Viva Fit studio, various Yogashalas, and Decathlon Sports India. She believes that “Life lies on the lap of Mother Nature”.

Furthermore, she believes that you should go with the flow in your life and keep adapting to the circumstances that you come across. Change is the other name for the beautiful journey we call life. Therefore, never stop learning and never stop adapting.

Amrita Tomar

Amrita is an accomplished yoga teacher hailing from Rishikesh, India, often referred to as the world’s yoga capital. Her educational background is impressive, with a Master’s degree in Yogic Science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, complemented by an E-RYT500 certification from Yoga Alliance USA. Her expertise is further enhanced by a specialized certificate course in yoga examination and a professional certification in Yoga Therapy. Amrita’s career includes significant roles such as a Yoga Therapist at Power Yoga Clinic and a Yoga Trainer at Himalayan Yog Peeth, where she honed her skills and deepened her understanding of yoga’s therapeutic aspects.

Born and raised in Rishikesh, Amrita’s connection to yoga is deeply rooted in her upbringing. The serene and spiritual environment of the Himalayas provided her with a unique perspective on yoga, allowing her to integrate the principles of nature and healing into her practice and teaching.
