This asana is challenging and cannot be done by everyone so if you have all the prerequisites of the physical body to do it, then initially do it under the guidance of your yoga teachers.

  1. Before you start this pose, you have to prepare yourself physically and mentally to start with, so do the preparatory poses like the sun salutations, Cobra pose, Bridge pose, Camel pose, and Halasana to get your body, to prepare itself for the back bend.
