Teachers at Siddhi Yoga aim to bring about a transformational change in their students. With knowledge, skill, patience and empathy they help every student achieve the divinity of yoga.

Mahinder Prasad (Guru Mahi)

Mahinder was blessed to be born in a family which was committed to yoga and other vedic sciences. He started learning yoga from his father at an early age. In his adolescence years, he travelled across ashrams around India, meeting gurus and sages and absorbing knowledge from them.

He is an advocate of therapeutic yoga and believes that our body needs the balance of yoga and Ayurveda to keep all ailments at bay.

Mahi, has certifications from Yoga Alliance in USA and Canada with E-RYT 200 and E-RYT 500, an E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) by Yoga Alliance International India and recognition from Indian government.

Madhur Rajpal (Veet Jayo)

Madhur lives and breathes yoga. Introduced to yoga at a very young age, Madhur took to the knowledge with great enthusiasm. As he pursued higher education, his love for yoga didn’t fade into the background – instead it grew with each passing day. An M.Sc. in computer science, Madhur realized that his true calling was not the IT world but the realms of yoga.

Madhur has certifications from Yoga Alliance in USA and Canada, an E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) by Yoga Alliance International India and recognition from Indian government. Madhur is master of “Bio Dynamic Breath and Trauma Release” as well and helped his students in this area.

20 years of dedicated practice has made Madhur an accomplished practitioner of Ashtanga, Kundalini, Tantra, and Hatha styles of yoga, along with the deep knowledge of meditations styles, pranayama, rebalancing, Ayurveda , and more such Vedic sciences. His immense knowledge and his affable nature make him one of the most popular yoga teachers.

Merel Martens

Merel has a degree in Medicine and International Public Health but her real love and interest is in yoga. She teaches yoga in Amsterdam at her yoga studio, Wonderful Yoga and is involved in teacher training programs in India.

An expert in vinyasa yoga, she uses her unique style of teaching. Her motto in life is that yoga principles should not be restricted to the mat and instead become the way of life.

Acharya Yogesh

Acharya Yogesh’s keen interest in yoga and alternate healing along with love for science have allowed him to not only master the art of yoga and vedic healing sciences but have also helped him build his yogic lessons atop scientific reasoning. His lessons are interesting and inspiring for the students.

Yogesh has expertise in alternate healing using chakra therapy/cleansing and balancing using Ayurveda, Chakra therapy, mudra therapy, yoga and pranic healing.

Amrita Sharma

With degrees in Ayurvedic medicine and surgery, Amrita has been healing people for more than 6 years now. She is a registered practitioner with the Central Council of Indian medicine. She strongly believes that to be truly healthy one needs to be physically, mentally and spiritually fit. An expert in yoga and Ayurveda with specializations in food and nutrition, Amrita brings about a lifestyle change in her students, improving their relationship with food and taking them to healthier lifestyles.

Bjoern Marcus

Born in Denmark, Bjoern started working with his body at a very early age studying dance from the age of 4, transitioning from working as a professional dancer to the fitness industry but always practicing yoga for recovering his physical and mental balance. Having completed his YTTC with Siddhi Yoga in 2013, under the careful tutelage of Guru Mahi, Bjoern continued on to teach with Siddhi Yoga as well as in Guru Mahi's own drop in class studio in Goa. Passionate about the philosophy behind the world of Yoga and various styles such as Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Vinyasa, Bjoern's deep passion lies within the therapeutic powers of asana practice on both the body and mind.

Petra Leschingerova

Petra has a strong background and education in fitness and nutrition for competitive sports for over 10 years. Since 2012 she focuses on Yoga as she felt that this is her true path from the first contact. To her Yoga is the intense synthesis of body, mind and soul and thus the only way to find to balance in your current life. She continuously studies the Mythology and Philosophy of Yoga on the search for a deeper understanding. Her Yoga is inspired by Vinyasa and Ashtanga flow styles. But she also strongly considers the benefits and possibilities of therapeutic yoga. In Munich, Germany she teaches at her Yoga Studio Pure Asana.
