Yoga Style: My favourite style of teaching and practicing yoga is when I combine the modern researches of postural alignments of human body from west and traditional eastern understandings of Prana(the vital energy) with its relation to the human body. Hence through postural alignments an opportunity is created where a yogi can stay present here and now. It helps the yogi to achieve a balance of strength and flexibility. And further more through this presence and strength the yogi explores the importance of breath to understand his own mind. So I love to deliver in my style where through body alignments and rhythmic breath the yogi discovers the deeper realms of meditation in the simple movements of the body.
Programs I teach at Siddhi Yoga: I lead 200 hrs and 300 hrs Yoga Teacher Training programs. My Teaching revolves around Postural alignments and its Psychology. I prepare my students to understand the need of different types of body and mind and to design unique yoga programs according to groups and individuals.
Favorite yoga pose: When it comes to favorite poses, choice is not easy but still My favorite Yoga Poses are Downward facing dog, Plank, warrior family, Boat, hand stand, head stand etc.
My favorite place in the world: I love the places which are really full with natural beauty. Water, mountains and lovely people’s . So any place which have all these becomes my favorite, but life is beautiful here and now. One of My Favorite place is the world Capital of yoga, RISHIKESH but BALI also has a beautiful place in my heart.
