Our yoga retreat programs are a great way to dip your toes into an international yoga experience without forking out a couple thousand dollars for a yoga teacher training.
We currently offer two different retreat programs, Bite-Sized Retreat taught by one of Siddhi Yoga’s best teachers, Parveen, in Rishikesh, India—the yoga capital of the world and Immersive Retreat at all our centers.

This 5-day program is for intermediate to advanced practitioners who want to mix up their practice routine without dedicating lots of time and money. This program consists of 50 hours of training and practice time and includes all accommodation and meals.
Props indeed plays an import part in teaching and practicing Yoga. But they should not be confused with the essence of Yoga. Props are means to an end such is alignment, stability and precision. Props should not be mistakes to be the goal of the practice or a style of a practice rather to give full assistance to receive the benefits from the poses.
In this workshop you will learn how standing, seated, forward extensions and inversions open up and strengthen the hip. Preparing the body and mind to have the ability to sit in an meditative pose for a longer period of time with more comfort and with a resolved mind. You will discover preparatory poses to release the tightness of the hip and technics to stabilize the hip for meditational purpose.
Our immersive yoga retreat takes place in the first two weeks of our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Programs at Rishikesh and Dharamsala. You’ll get a full immersion with like minded community and the caliber of teaching you can expect from an international teacher training program, without the month-long commitment and certification.
This is an excellent option if you’re considering becoming a yoga teacher but want more practice or experience first. This program is suitable for all levels: from complete beginners to highly practiced expert yogis. It’s geared toward students who want the immersive experience of a teacher training program but don’t have the time, money or desire to complete an entire program.
Our Immersive Retreat is designed to accommodate people who have no interest in teaching yoga and instead just want to deepen their personal practice.
The program costs includes traditional Indian Vegetarian food and accommodation for two weeks.
