Why I Teach
Yoga and other philosophies helped me a lot living the best version of my Higher Self - but I am still working on it ;-) Yoga is the best physical practice to support this development. And the ideals of Vedas and Bhagavadgita are the basics of Buddhism and Christ\\\'s teachings as well - so we have to translate it to the modern world, because so many people are searching ... But I am doing it with smile, play-mind and stillness ;-)
