Why I Teach
Yoga is essential for me in developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I want to share that gift with others.

Profile
I have been involved in various martial arts for over two decades and hold black belt rank in a number of different systems. I have trained extensively in Okinawan, Japanese, Chinese, Filipino and Indonesian based arts. I have been involved in yoga for approximately 10 years and find the two areas of study to be highly informative and complementary of one another.
