Here’s What Our Trainees Say About Us
Frequently Asked Questions
I have PCOS. Will this program actually help me, or is it just general yoga?
The program is specifically designed for PCOS. The sequences focus on supporting your endocrine system, improving insulin sensitivity, and reducing cortisol — the three key physiological factors in managing PCOS naturally. The yoga styles used (Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Therapy yoga) are gentle enough to avoid aggravating the condition while still being effective.
Can this help with irregular periods and PMS symptoms?
Yes — irregular cycles and PMS are core target conditions. The program uses hormone-balancing flows designed to ease cramps, reduce bloating, and help with mood swings. The combination of breathwork and mindful movement addresses both the physical and emotional dimensions of PMS.
I have a thyroid condition. Is it safe for me to do this program?
The program includes sequences specifically crafted for thyroid concerns — focused on reigniting metabolism, stabilising energy levels, and supporting thyroid function through breathwork and gentle movement. That said, if you’re on thyroid medication or have a diagnosed condition, it’s always wise to check with your doctor before starting any new exercise program.
I’m trying to conceive (TTC). Will yoga actually improve my fertility chances?
The program addresses fertility holistically — improving circulation, promoting hormonal stability, and reducing stress, all of which create a more favourable environment for conception. It is not a medical treatment, but regular yoga practice is well-studied for reducing cortisol levels and supporting reproductive health as a complement to other approaches.
Is this suitable during pregnancy?
No, these classes are not suitable during pregnancy.
What time are the live classes, and can I join from any country?
Classes run Sunday to Friday with two daily slots — Hindi: 6:00 AM & 6:00 PM, and English: 5:00 AM & 5:00 PM (IST). The platform lets you switch to your local timezone so you can see exact times for where you live. Since classes stream on YouTube Live, you can join from anywhere in the world with a stable internet connection.
How long is each class? I have a busy schedule.
Each live session is 45 minutes — long enough to make a real difference, short enough to fit into a morning or evening routine. Classes run nearly every day of the week (Sunday–Friday), so you can build a consistent practice without blocking out large chunks of time.
What if I miss a live class? Can I watch it later?
Yes, after each class, the recording is available for 24 hours and if you have set up a reminder, the recording link is sent to you on WhatsApp.
How many classes are included in a month?
Classes run 6 days a week (Sunday–Friday), which works out to roughly 24 classes per week and around 100 in a month. At $30/month, that’s well under $0.30 per class — far cheaper than a single drop-in studio session anywhere in the world.
I’ve never done yoga before. Is this program suitable for complete beginners?
Yes — the program is designed for all levels, ages 18–45. The yoga styles used (Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Therapy) are gentle, slow-paced styles — not intense power yoga. You don’t need any prior experience. The focus is on your body’s needs and wellbeing, not on perfecting difficult poses.
Do I need any special equipment or a yoga mat?
A basic yoga mat is helpful but not strictly required for all sessions, especially for Yin and Restorative styles. No special apps, gadgets, or studio equipment are needed — just a phone or laptop with internet access and a quiet space. Props like a cushion or folded blanket can be handy for restorative poses.
What yoga styles are taught? Are they physically demanding?
The program uses Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Therapy yoga. None of these are intense or athletic styles. Hatha is foundational and beginner-friendly; Yin involves long-held, passive poses; Restorative uses props for deep relaxation; Therapy yoga targets specific health conditions. All four styles are gentle, making this suitable even for those with health concerns or physical limitations.
Who are the instructors? What are their qualifications?
Classes are led by Amrita Tomar and Bholi Parihar, both holding E-RYT500 (USA) certifications and Masters degrees in Yogic Sciences. E-RYT500 is one of the highest internationally recognised yoga teaching credentials. Siddhi Yoga as a school has a strong global reputation with thousands of reviews from students across 125+ countries.
What exactly do I get for $30/month?
Your subscription includes: daily live classes (Sun–Fri) on YouTube, a weekly Zoom catchup session, and a 7-day free trial. The regular price is $60/month — the current offer is 50% off.
Is there a free trial? What does it include?
Yes — there is a Risk-Free 7-Day Trial included with sign-up. This gives you full access to all classes and features before you are fully committed. You can experience the program, the instructors, and the community in the first week before deciding to continue.
What is the money-back guarantee?
A: For online classes, there is no refund available. We do provide free trial access. Please cancel your subscription before the charge if you do not like it.
Can I cancel anytime? Am I locked into a long contract?
The plan is presented as a month-to-month subscription at $30/month — there is no long-term contract. You can cancel before your next billing cycle.
What payment methods are accepted?
Siddhi Yoga accepts Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and American Express. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
How do I access the classes? Do I need to install an app?
No app required. Live classes stream on YouTube Live, which you can access directly on any phone, tablet, or computer. No special login or account setup is needed beyond your subscription.
What do I need technically to attend the live classes?
Just a phone, tablet, or computer with internet access and enough space to roll out a mat. YouTube Live works on all devices and doesn’t require a fast connection.
Is there a community or support system included?
Yes — your subscription includes access to weekly catch-up with teachers, ask questions, and get support. The Siddhi Yoga support team is also reachable via WhatsApp at +91 97797 98051, with response times usually under 30 minutes during business hours (9 AM–6 PM IST).
How quickly can I expect to see results?
Most women begin noticing improvements in energy levels, sleep quality, and mood within 2–4 weeks of consistent daily practice. Hormonal changes (like cycle regularity and PCOS symptom reduction) typically take 6–12 weeks of sustained practice to become noticeable, as hormones are slower to shift. Consistency matters more than intensity — showing up daily for 45 minutes is the key.
Can yoga really help with hormonal conditions, or is it just relaxation?
Yoga works on hormonal health through several mechanisms: reducing cortisol (the stress hormone, which disrupts estrogen and progesterone balance), stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system, improving circulation to the reproductive organs, and promoting insulin sensitivity through movement. It is not a replacement for medical treatment but is a well-researched complementary approach for conditions like PCOS, thyroid imbalance, and PMS.
What do other women say about their experience with this program?
The program features video testimonials from members including Rupa Asher (India), Silky (India), Nitu (India), Nataliia Khlon (Ukraine), and Mehul Chokshi (Canada). Siddhi Yoga also has thousands of written reviews from graduates across 50+ countries, consistently praised for authentic teaching, structured content, and genuine health results.
