We reserve the right to terminate your account without any refund if any installment payment remains unpaid for a period of 30 days. Upon such termination, you will no longer have access to any services or content associated with your account. Any data or content associated with your account may be deleted and cannot be recovered.

User Data Deletion

A user can request to delete the account from our website and app by sending an email at support@siddhiyoga.com Once account and information is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Limited warranties

• We do not warrant or represent:
  • the completeness or accuracy of the information published on our website;
  • that the material on the website is up to date; or
• We reserve the right to discontinue or alter any of our website services, at any time in our sole discretion without notice or explanation. You will not be entitled to any compensation or other payment upon the discontinuance or alteration of any website services, or if we stop publishing the website.

• Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, or if we reasonably suspect that you have breached these terms and conditions in any way, we may:

Our Service

• While Siddhi Yoga ensures that the content, services and links are accurate, it does not represent or warrant its accuracy, adequacy or completeness. Siddhi Yoga is not responsible for any loss suffered as a result of or in relation to the use of our material or reliance on the provided links and material. To the extent permitted by law, Siddhi Yoga excludes any liability, including any liability for negligence, for any loss, including indirect or consequential damages arising from or in relation to the use our service.
• As a condition of your use you agree that you will not:
  • violate any laws
  • be false or misleading
  • infringe any third-party right
  • distribute or contain spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes
  • copy, modify, or distribute any other person’s content without their consent
  • use any robot spider, scraper or other automated means to access and collect content for any purpose without our express written permission
  • harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent
• The customer agrees and acknowledges that Siddhi Yoga may disclose information relating to our service, which to the extent previously, presently, or subsequently disclosed to the customer is hereinafter referred to as “Proprietary Information” of Siddhi Yoga. It is therefore agreed the customer will hold all propriety information in strict confidence.

Liability

• You agree to use this service at your own risk. You agree that are not liable for any harm resulting from posts, or any user conduct.
• Siddhi Yoga will not be liable for warranties & conditions of any products, posts or services featured. We exclude all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
• You accept that we have an interest in limiting the personal liability of our officers and employees and, having regard to that interest, you acknowledge that we are a limited liability entity; you agree that you will not bring any claim personally against our officers or employees or company in respect of any losses you suffer in connection with our website or service.
• By agreeing to our service you agree to exclude us in any liability, including any liability for negligence, for any loss, including indirect or consequential damages arising from or in relation to the use of our service.

Lifetime Access

1. Definition of “Lifetime Access”:
   “Lifetime Access” grants the purchaser unlimited access to our Online Courses for the operational lifespan of the product, as determined solely by Siddhi Yoga. “Lifetime” refers to the availability of the product and its supporting platform, not the lifetime of the purchaser or any individual.
2. Minimum Guarantee & Duration:
   • The Company guarantees access to the product for a minimum of 10 years from the date of purchase, unless earlier terminated due to violations of these Terms.
   • After 10 years, the Company reserves the right to discontinue the product or its hosting platform with 30 days’ notice.
3. Platform Migration:
   If the Company migrates the product to a new platform, purchasers will be granted equivalent access on the new platform at no additional cost.
4. Early Discontinuation (Before 10 Years):
   If the Company must discontinue service before the 10-year minimum period, purchasers will be provided with downloadable access to the core digital product (e.g., video files, PDF materials) within 30 days of the discontinuation notice.
5. Limitations & Exclusions:
   • Updates Not Included: Lifetime Access does not include future updates, additions, or new versions of the product unless explicitly stated.
   • Non-Transferable: Access is tied solely to the original purchaser’s account and may not be sold or transferred.
6. Termination Circumstances:
   The Company may terminate access prematurely due to:
   • Purchaser misconduct (e.g., sharing login credentials, copyright infringement).
   • Unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
     • Bankruptcy or insolvency of the Company.
     • Licensing or legal restrictions (e.g., loss of rights to content).
     • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemics).
     • Irreparable technical failures or third-party service discontinuations.
7. No Refunds:
   All sales are final. No refunds will be issued if access is terminated under this clause, except as required by applicable law.
8. Disclaimer:
   The Company is not liable for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
   • Acts of nature, governmental actions, or third-party platform outages.
   • Changes in technology rendering the product obsolete.

Jurisdiction

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Singapore OR India.
