Chole Kulche:

For those who don’t know what exactly is  Chole Kulche, this is the well-known chickpea served with some bread. In the plate, you can have also ingredients like lime juice, onion, and plenty more besides. To make it more vegan you can just ask the guy in charge to make it with bread which contains no butter.

Momos:

Momos are Tibetan dumplings that are fried or steamed.

You can find them everywhere in Rishikesh.

Samosas:

Samosa is prepared with flour which is known from the locals as maida shell. The samosas are stuffed with some filling. In most cases, it’s mashed boiled potato, green peas, onions, lentils, fruits, or green chili. After this, it’s deep-fried in vegetable oil until it gets the perfect golden brown color.

Aloo Tikki:

Aloo Tikki is widely-distributed all around the streets of Rishikesh. So this is one of the best-sellers at the streets of Rishikesh.

The dish is prepared around a fried potato cake combined with some sauces. The ingredients are only water, flour, and potato, so it’s pretty simple to cook.

This excellent vegan place can be easily found in just 5 minutes walk on the right side of Lakshman Jhula Bridge.

The atmosphere in this amazing place feels like you’re in a different world and far away from the loud Indian traffic and the beeping horns of the cars.

This cafe can be a paradise for people who love to socialize and don’t want to watch people standing on their phones laptops and whatever tech gadget they have.
